That’s why we offer a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model designed to put you first, restore the doctor-patient relationship, and give you the time, access, and attention you truly deserve.

Unlimited visits, telehealth, basic labs & generic meds at cost.Yearly Comprehensive Exam with labs and EKG if indicated.
Adults 31–94 | $110
Unlimited monthly visits, Telehealth. Chronic disease management, basic labs & generic meds at cost, minor procedures, Yearly Comprehensive Exam with labs and EKG included.
Seniors 95+ | $1.00 ⭐️

Student 18–24 | $65
Unlimited monthly visits, Telehealth, basic labs & generics meds at cost, minor procedures. Yearly Comprehensive Exam with labs and EKG if Indicated. (Must Present current College ID)
Children 2-17 | $35
Unlimited monthly visits, Telehealth. Pediatric (2+) as standalone members or add-on to any plan at $20/child.
Couple / Single Parent | $175
Unlimited monthly visits, Telehealth. basic labs & generic meds at cost, minor procedures Two adults with no children — or one adult with up to 4 children included. Perfect for single-parent families.
Family Plan | $250
Two adults (31–65 tier) + 2 children included. Additional children $20/child. Family cap at $250/month. Unlimited monthly visits, Telehealth. Chronic disease management, basic labs & generic meds at cost, minor procedures, Yearly Comprehensive Exam with labs and EKG included.
Weight Loss | $95
Unlimited follow-up visits, telehealth, personalized treatment plans, medication management, routine monitoring and lab review, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and direct provider access for ongoing support.
Hormone Replacement | $95
Unlimited follow-up visits, telehealth, personalized treatment plans, medication management, routine monitoring and lab review, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and direct provider access for ongoing support.
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
$50 enrollment fee at time of sign up; if choose to pay annual cost of membership upfront, enrollment fee will be waived.
DPC membership fees are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid, or commercial insurance.
A superbill can be provided upon request.
Direct Primary Care is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance coverage. Membership fees cover only the services provided by our practice. Patients are encouraged to maintain health insurance for services not included in their membership.
